Deal Terms – Jobzaa.com

These Deal Terms outline how work agreements (“Deals”) are made, fulfilled, and protected between freelancers and buyers (clients) on Jobzaa.com. By placing or accepting an order on the platform, both parties agree to the following terms.


1. Scope of Work

  • Buyers must provide clear, complete project instructions and requirements before placing an order.
  • Freelancers are responsible for delivering work as described in their service listing or custom offer.
  • Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing (via Jobzaa messages) and may require additional payment.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is shown in USD (or your selected local currency).
  • Buyers must fund the full amount upfront. Jobzaa holds the funds in escrow until the order is marked complete.
  • Freelancers will receive payment only after:
    • Delivery is accepted by the buyer
    • OR, 72 hours after submission without a response
  • Jobzaa applies a service fee to freelancer payouts, which is disclosed before withdrawal.

🚫 All payments must be made within Jobzaa. External payments are prohibited and void Jobzaa protection.


3. Revisions & Modifications

  • Freelancers may offer a set number of free revisions, as outlined in their gig or offer.
  • Buyers can request revisions within the allowed limit and delivery time.
  • Excessive or unreasonable revision requests may be declined or require extra fees.

4. Delivery & Completion

  • Work must be delivered by the stated deadline.
  • Once work is submitted:
    • Buyers have 72 hours to accept or request a revision.
    • After that, the order is auto-completed, and funds are released to the freelancer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be mutually canceled anytime by both parties.
  • Cancellations due to non-delivery, poor quality, or misconduct can be reviewed by Jobzaa support.
  • Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the buyer’s Jobzaa wallet and can be used for future purchases.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises:
    1. First try to resolve it through the Jobzaa messaging system.
    2. If unresolved, you may open a dispute via the “Report Issue” button on the order page.
    3. Jobzaa’s support team will review all communication, files, and delivery details before issuing a final decision.

Note: Jobzaa’s decision in disputes is final.


7. Intellectual Property

  • Unless stated otherwise, buyers receive full rights to the work upon order completion and payment.
  • Freelancers retain ownership until payment is confirmed.
  • Freelancers may not reuse or resell custom work unless explicitly allowed in the gig description or with buyer consent.

8. Confidentiality

  • All communication, files, and content shared during a deal are considered confidential.
  • Freelancers and buyers agree not to share private project details without consent.

9. Non-Circumvention

  • Users agree not to engage in off-platform deals with users they met on Jobzaa.
  • Circumvention violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Legal & Compliance

  • Users are responsible for complying with local tax, employment, and legal regulations.
  • Jobzaa is not a party to the contract between freelancers and buyers; it only facilitates the connection and payment.
