Welcome to Jobzaa.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jobzaa platform, including all content, features, services, and products provided through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering, posting a project, offering a service, or using any part of Jobzaa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.


1. About Jobzaa

Jobzaa is an online freelance marketplace that connects clients (“Buyers”) with independent service providers (“Freelancers”). We provide the infrastructure to facilitate communication, contracts, payments, and dispute resolution.


2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account and must safeguard your password.

3. User Roles

a. Buyers (Clients):

  • May post jobs, projects, or gigs and hire freelancers.
  • Must fund payments in advance before work begins.

b. Freelancers:

  • May offer services or apply to posted jobs.
  • Must deliver quality work by agreed deadlines.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or unlawful content
  • Use Jobzaa to conduct or promote illegal activity
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform by taking payments or communication outside Jobzaa
  • Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
  • Upload viruses, bots, or harmful code

Violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban.


5. Payments & Fees

  • All payments must go through Jobzaa. Off-platform transactions are prohibited and not protected.
  • Jobzaa holds funds in escrow until order completion.
  • Freelancers pay a platform service fee (e.g., 0%) on each successful transaction.
  • Refunds are credited to the Jobzaa wallet for future use unless otherwise agreed.

6. Order Process

  1. Buyer places order/funds payment.
  2. Freelancer accepts and begins work.
  3. Freelancer delivers work through the platform.
  4. Buyer accepts or requests revision.
  5. Payment is released to freelancer upon order completion.

Late, incomplete, or poor-quality work may be subject to cancellation.


7. Revisions, Disputes & Refunds

  • Freelancers may offer a limited number of revisions (outlined in their gig).
  • Buyers must request revisions or dispute delivery within 72 hours of submission.
  • If parties cannot resolve an issue, either can file a dispute. Jobzaa’s decision is final.
  • Refunds may be issued to the buyer’s Jobzaa wallet based on dispute resolution.

8. Taxes

  • Users are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes in accordance with local laws.
  • Jobzaa may withhold or report earnings if required by your country’s tax laws.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the buyer receives full rights to the delivered work, unless otherwise stated.
  • Freelancers must not resell or reuse client work without permission.
  • Jobzaa does not claim ownership of user content but may display it to promote services.

10. Privacy & Data

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use at your own risk.


11. Account Termination

Jobzaa may suspend or permanently ban your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You attempt fraud or abuse
  • You take communication or payment outside Jobzaa

You may close your account at any time by contacting support.


12. Limitation of Liability

Jobzaa is not liable for:

  • Disputes between users
  • Loss of data, earnings, or opportunity
  • Delays or interruptions in service

Use of Jobzaa is at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you within the last 12 months.


13. Dispute Resolution

You agree to:

  1. First attempt to resolve issues informally with Jobzaa Support.
  2. Submit to binding arbitration or mediation (as applicable under your jurisdiction) if informal resolution fails.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with the effective date. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new Terms.
